Ahh where do I start!! So many amazing techs work here!! Mandy is always so accommodating when it comes to appointments and always gives the best advi...ce on what is suitable for my lashes! While Mandy was traveling Kay did an incredible job with my lashes as well!! 10/10 recommend both of them if you're looking to have some fire lashes!!! Another thing Mandy did was change my life regarding my brows.. I've struggled my whole life with eyebrows that are too light and feathery and she did microblading that literally looks so natural and beautiful, always get the best compliments! If you're looking for a good facial, I recommend Ivy!! She gave me great advice on my skin and how to take care of it, as well as took such good care of me during mg acne facial, very soothing and gentle! The most relaxed I've felt in a long time! This is my all time favorite place to get lashes done. I go to Mandy, who consistently does an amazing job on making my lashes look gorgeous!!! She ta...kes her time and willing to work harder to give me a fuller (I like to get the kitten lashes, full but not too dramatic) look even if it can be challenging or the little lashes. I've only met only other lash technician who was as good as her in the last 4 years. And I'll add that she has such great energy! So warm! She is always raving about the other lash technicians and how amazing they are so I'd say you would be happy with anyone who works there. You just really have to be clear about what you want and look at different options. Like do your homework before you go so you know what you want. Mandy does beautiful brow work too!!! My kiddos actually commented on my brows when I had them done. :) Show more

I love this place so much. My friend recommended it to me and I went because they had the best prices for their quality. It's the best deal I can find... with some of the best lashes I've seen! Vicky does amazing work. Once I had a couple lashes fall out of place after a couple days of getting my fill and after contacting her she offered to fix them free of charge! This salon is super cute and aesthetically pleasing. Ana did my highlights today. She seemed to know what she was doing in terms of dying & bleaching ...hair and I had a pleasant experience during my appointment. We discussed that because my hair is dark and damaged, it wouldn't be ideal to go super blond. Plus that it can't be achieved in one session. I'm glad she warned me of that. The complaints I have are that I asked for partial head which is $85 but I ended up being charged $35 more because she had to tone it. I would've expected this to be included but I just said whatever & went with it.... Also, I paid for a BB deep conditioning treatment. My hair is extremely fried and lifeless. It didn't really make much difference so I wouldn't get it again. She also didn't fully blow dry my hair- it was still a little wet when I left and she just put some product but didn't really style it at all. She said it was best to leave it curly but it just dried into a poofy mess. For what I paid, I would've liked to have it parted, straightened or some kind of cute style! Show more

DO NOT GO TO EYELASH TECH MI!!! Usually I go to Mia (advanced tech) to get my eyelashes done but I think she's on vacation so I booked an appt online ...with whoever was available. I had gotten my eyelashes refilled today by Mi. THHE WORST MISTAKE. I'm looking in the mirror right now and noticing that she literally glued eyelashes on my top eyelid, just above my eyelashes! There are GLOBS OF GLUE ON MY EYELID SKIN THAT IM JUST NOTICING BECAUSE ITS COMPLETELY DRY NOW. I am sooooooo MAD THIS IS NOT OKAY. THIS IS SLOPPY WORK AND CARELESS. I can not believe she glued eyelashes on my skin to make my eyelashes look full. After seeing the eyelashes glued to my skin I obviously had to get them off and now my eyelashes are not even on both eyes I will be calling to get my money back. This was not worth almost 100$ or 2 hours of my time Show more
Went as the picture looked good and the price was decent, but it's been about a week and more than half of lashes fell off. You know it's bad when it'...s a set of 3 falling at once. Also, my outer corner was not done as "my lashes are too thin," but that is exactly why I'm getting extensions and I've never had this issue at other salons. Show more
OMG... I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I have been to SO many salons to get my lashes done - about 10 other places in SF Bay Area and 5 in London when I lived ...there, but I was not expecting Lolly Beauty, a place that I stumbled upon, to end up being my absolute favorite!!!! Seriously, it is so well-priced yet the quality of the lashes and work is incredible!!! Bottomline - easy on the wallet and high quality service. I had my appointment with Vicki. She is fantastic! Super nice and very skilled at what she does. She really listens to what you want and delivers. My ...eyelashes turned out great. They do hair as well as permanent makeup. This salon is really cute. They have a big room in back where they bang out killer lashes. The space is neat, clean and relaxing! Mai is the sweetest lash technician! I love how genuine, patient and talented she is, she really makes me feel happy every time i get my lashes done b...y her.
