I guess I’ll be the first bad review, I’m assuming everyone else got paid to give good reviews, or is his friend. I really wish I could give zero star...s, but I’ll give him one just because his suite was comforting and the vibe was really sweet. As far as my hair, complete GARBAGE. I received loc extensions by Donte, and a “two strand twist” style, which was just ugly fat twists. I came home and LIGHTLY damped my locs to get them to lay flat a bit more, and they started to fall out. Don’t go here for loc extensions, as he didn’t even use real human hair. I went to a hair store to see what type of hair is used for loc extensions, and the product I was shown, was very nice, thinner locs, very very soft, versus the thick coarse rough locs he used. Once I wrote him, he THEN mentioned that the locs needed a palm roll in order to have a “natural” look to them, which is what I should’ve been told while sitting in his chair. I also only sat in the chair for two and a half hours, versus the proper time for a correct install for loc extensions (7hrs is the average time it takes). I could go on and on about how this is now being handled, but even the hair stores in the area told me they get rid of his business card when they see them, which tells me a lot now! Definitely will never recommend this person to anyone ever again. Photo down below for how my hair looked, and for those who have locs, you know what it’s supposed to and not supposed to look like! For those reading this is a complete lie . He pulled the locs out . He wanted a service for free and that is totally not acceptable . Walked In shop with a nasty attitude and also wouldn’t keep his head up the whole time . He tried to run off with my money so i had to follow him outside . Anyone who actually knows me knows that i’m a very friendly and understanding person , if u didn’t have it.. dont book the service i could have also worked the price down with him but once again he was just very rude and i almost told him i don’t even wanna do his hair . He told me he was gonna leave a bad review on my website and booksy so bad that people were not going to come to me .. obviously that didn’t work .. I love all my clients i’m sorry you guys had to read this false review . You don’t see any others because i absolutely do GREAT work !! My reviews and clients can vouch that 🫶🏾 thanks
