This was my first time using locs by Heather and it was amazing . I do construction for a living and let me tell you . My hair was sh!t! I an initiall...y scheduled for loc maintenance which was a less expensive service. After Heather looked at my head and screamed lol (joke). She told I need much more than just maintenance. Long story short, she did the same xtra work and didn’t charge me the additional fee! Needless to say I will be returning and I won’t wait 4 months this time …..yeah I know, gross 🤮! Show more
