Heather did a great job at communicating and doing my hair. She let me know she was running a bit late. She was efficient and ee had a pleasant conver...sation. Definitely going back, especially after my prior experience in Baltimore where the guy, Edward Rios, made me drive 30 minutes for him not to do my hair although he told me he was runnning 5 minutes behind. He did return my money though but horrible communication skills, unlike Heather. The shop was also great and tidy, and she gave me great tips for taking care of my hair. Show more
