Horrible customer service, apparently if you book through this app it doesn’t matter as he keeps on taking in customers while you have an appointment ...in this App… no sure what the good reviews are for…….. Update : very big difference in customer service when replying on this app to when customers are at the shop… and yes I cancelled the appointment because I was at the shop for my appointment on Friday at 2:30pm while you were in your car(I asked for you and that is the reply I got) and you canceled the appointment while I was waiting in the lobby and rescheduled for 5:30pm.. customer make appointments for a reason if your busy block the time frame on the app, it’s pretty simple, have a great day Show more

Good morning sir, I am sorry if you feel like you had bad service from me. From my understanding you are complaining about your wait time, not that you had a bad haircut from me. However I’m looking back on my summary on you and I come to realize you are the same client that rescheduled 3 times in the same week. Now rescheduling is not a issue for me, but when u finally came in was on Saturday when I deal with my walk ins morning till about 1 pm then I start my appointment off of this app at 2 pm. You gotta keep in mind that i am not a robot so if Im 5 to 10 min behind and that don’t work for you I kindly apologize. I hope you find a barber that can wrk at your speed
