Hi Laila it’s unfortunate that you feel that way! I definitely appreciate your feedback. Although the statements you made are untrue. When you said I rush you out my chair because my phone had died is not true your service was over. Due to me laying your edges most of my clients dislike edge control so I seem to forget sometimes. But if you would have asked I will have definitely put some on there. As far as the style you wanted the clip install your clip ins was thin the thread was not attached to the clip and your cut was too blunt and I explained that to you and showed you and you agreed for me to just curl your natural hair. I didn't charge for the service like most stylist do. And I also didn’t charge you for being late like most stylist do. That’s why I advise my clients to use my extensions at kyzo collection than I can be at vault for my hair and not someone's else.
