PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING FOR A SMOOTH SERVICE ! It's your responsibility to make sure you read all the instructions. Thank You! I only accept clients 12 years and older. Moving forward YOUR REMANING BALANCE SHOULD ONLY BE PAID CASH! Please bring the exact change. • Emergency/ Squeeze In/ Day Off Appointment : $55 and up depending on hairstyle and time. Please note that this is an additional fee! • PLEASE , Do not book the day you have an event cause your hair can take additional time, I take pride in my work and I will not rush my work . • Your hair must be at least 4 inch all around your head for all hairstyles. • NO Fresh relaxer 1 month before appointment , please note that if you come to your appointment with a fresh relaxer, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. • If your have any hair loss or your edges are very damaged , you have to consult with me via email before booking . • 20% non-refundable deposit ( goes towards your service fee) is required through the website to secure your appointment . The remaining balance of your hair should only be paid cash . If you don't have cash the day of your appointment , your appointment be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. • You must manually cancel your appointment via the acuity scheduling link 72 hours in advance in order for your deposit to be used for a future appointment . if you cancel your appointment less than 72hours before your appointment , you will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again. • To cancel or reschedule your appointment , you have to go back to your confirmation email. • for braid services Arrive with your hair washed, detangled ,stretched and properly blown out from the root to the end for a better outcome . $15 extra will be charged to do it if it's not properly done . • Don't use any oil in your hair the day of your appointment . • Don't get your hair TRIMMED before your appointment. • If you hair is not clean, I will refuse to service you , your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. • All prices include hair. ( EXCEPT GODDESS KNOTLESS BRAIDS ). • HERE IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF HOW YOUR HAIR SHOULD BE BLOWN OUT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. • Make sure you book the right hairstyle before your appointment. You will not be able to change service the day of the appointment. If any changes you will pay the original balance.
