Rob took the time to really **listen** to what I wanted, asking thoughtful questions to ensure he understood my vision, which I really appreciated. The haircut itself was impeccable. Rob's attention to detail was evident in every snip. He worked with precision and skill, and I could tell he takes real pride in his craft. The fade was seamless, the lines were crisp, and the overall shape-up was exactly what I was hoping for, if not better. Beyond the excellent haircut, Rob provided a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. He was friendly and engaging, making the whole experience enjoyable.
