Absolutely disgusting service. She ran more than an hour behind, no apologies. She said I could leave if I wanted to when I got to my appointment. I u...nderstand that unprofessionalism is probably how things work in whatever Country she’s from but if she wants her business here to succeed, she needs to work on understanding she’s providing a service at a salon and not doing hair in her mothers basement. I wouldn’t not recommend this for place. Most of her reviews are written by people she knows because any new client she has she chases away by her rude behavior. That’s why she asks for a tip before the service so she can do the bare minimum. Save your money and go else where PLEASE Show more

We did give you a heads-up about potential delays before your visit, and we loved having you in the salon! Yes, it can get a bit busy, but the end result is totally worth the wait! Your hair looked absolutely stunning when you left-no denying that! 🙌🏾We're really sorry you were cutting it close for your best friend's dinner, but we truly appreciate your feedback. She is great listener to her customers needs and goes above and beyond of her customers expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional not to mention she is hilarious. Another part of the salon is really cool is there is a musical theme each day of week for you to enjoy while being treated like a VIP guest.
