1st Appointment was scheduled for 10. I waited outside the shop until 5 after 10:00. Door was still locked and no one in sight. Not a great 1st impres...sion. I booked elsewhere. Therapist called me at 10:15, not even apologizing just telling me she got there when I did? In the future, if you have a 10 am appointment, you as the therapist should be there well before 10:00.
