It was my first time at Jay’s shop and the experience was warm. His presence was very welcoming and he was intentional about making me feel at home. I... was nervous about the haircut that I was getting because I never got my hair cut at the length I got it before. Jay caught on and allowed me to express myself without getting irritated/his energy shifting (I’ve experienced this in the past). Before going straight to the length that I told him to, he cut my hair low enough so I can get a vision of how it look before he went lower. It felt as if Jay held my hand(not literally) through the haircut and I appreciated that. That built trust and encouraged me to book again in the future. I love the way my haircut came out. He took his time to pay attention to details. I had a great time. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend. Show more
