Our appointment was over half an hour late and it took THREE different people to complete ONE GEL_X Manicure The technicians were constantly on the ph...one and there was no manicure with the gels. The atmosphere is cluttered, dirty, chaotic, and uncomfortable. We will not be returning customers. Show more

A friend recommended Han to me. I liked the atmosphere and how friendly people were. Unfortunately, I did my nails Wednesday night (11/27) and they lo...ok like they’ve been grown out for about a week or two and do not look like a fresh set. I wish there was a way to contact the salon bc my friend raves about Han and Pinkies and her nails always look great. I wish my experience could speak the same. This photo was taken this Saturday morning, 11/30. Thankfully it’s a nude so it camouflages but it’s very disappointing. I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Show more

The designs are the best at pinkie's! But the pain from mishandling the drills is hard to look past ‍ the nail tech (unsure of her name) drilled throu...gh my skin and caused bleeding. She didn't apologize & continued to layer it with some powder? When I asked her what the powder was that she put in my open wound, she didn't answer me either so I let it go & kept it pushing. After the service, I was happy with the design of my set but was to see one nail crooked compared to the other hand. This was the second time that my finger was cut & my gel x wasn't glued on straight, so I'd rather save myself from the pain and money (bc Pinkie's is def not cheap) & travel farther out for another nail tech Show more

Love love love this place! Never had a nail tech seal underneath a gel x set before but boy was it a game changer. It looks so much cleaner underneath... my nails and they last longer because water doesn’t get underneath because they don’t lift. Everyone here is so sweet too! Show more
