When I arrived, I wasn’t informed that the nail tech I booked wouldn’t be available. The whole point of choosing a specific technician when booking is... to have that person do your nails. Instead, I was told that unless I specified who I had booked, I would just be assigned to whoever was available. When the owner directed a technician to do my nails, she visibly looked annoyed, as if she didn’t want to be there. From the start, her attitude was unpleasant. As she began, she claimed all my nails were broken—which wasn’t true—and said she couldn’t do soft gel. I let it go and told her she could proceed however she needed. Yet, she kept insisting my nails were broken and seemed intent on arguing. Again, I reassured her to just do whatever she needed, as I no longer cared at that point. Throughout the appointment, she sighed repeatedly and made it obvious she didn’t want to be there. While the final result was fine, the overall experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. This was my second visit—my first experience was great—so I’m hoping she was just having a bad day. Show more

Our appointment was over half an hour late and it took THREE different people to complete ONE GEL_X Manicure The technicians were constantly on the ph...one and there was no manicure with the gels. The atmosphere is cluttered, dirty, chaotic, and uncomfortable. We will not be returning customers. Show more

A friend recommended Han to me. I liked the atmosphere and how friendly people were. Unfortunately, I did my nails Wednesday night (11/27) and they lo...ok like they’ve been grown out for about a week or two and do not look like a fresh set. I wish there was a way to contact the salon bc my friend raves about Han and Pinkies and her nails always look great. I wish my experience could speak the same. This photo was taken this Saturday morning, 11/30. Thankfully it’s a nude so it camouflages but it’s very disappointing. I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Show more
