Unfortunately I trusted someone who is untrustworthy. Refund ALL of my money! I’m sure her response to my review is still lacking accountability. If y...ou won’t be a decent hairstylist, at least be a decent human being. The devil is a liar, Melanie and so are you. You need to fully refund me. And quit damaging hair! No stars. A trash act! Piss poor attitude. No attention to detail. Don’t go here!!! My first visit she didn’t have the right address on the website. Worst experience at a hair salon. Not professional. Didn’t greet me. Never checked on me once during the service, more concerned about a check apparently. Lacks integrity. Stylist has no sense of how to braid safely. She put so much tension on my edges. I could hear them breaking a day later, my head is still tender. I had to take them out on the 29th, two days later. I have never had to remove a professional style because of excruciating pain until now. Well because she is not a professional. I rescheduled and prepaid again and came in on the 30th. She didn’t give me a refund for providing the lowest quality of service the first time. She didn’t look at the note I applied to the new booking about the tension and dissatisfaction. She could care less about what clients need. She confirmed an appointment out of greed. Knowing full well she just saw me two days ago. She basically blamed me for her lack of care, professionalism, skill and awareness. You are the professional liar not hairstyler you should know what is appropriate. I asked you to do what was best; And you came up remarkably short. If a stylist needs me to dictate to them how to braid my hair at every stitch, they should be back in school. She is a crook, a con artist not a hairstylist. I didn’t allow her to redo my hair on the 30th, she did refund my money for the service she did not complete, how noble. She should return the money for the terrible service she provided initially. It’s a shame I had to prepay for torture. My hair is still undone. My birthday is on January 2. I’m not happy with Melanie Grey. You are in the wrong industry!

Unfortunately many would disagree with you. As you can see in her pictures her edges are gone from previous damage. If she would've told me the braids were too tight, I would have lessen the tension. You sat in my chair the whole time and didn't say a word to me. When I finished I gave you the mirror and you was happy with the service. I also had no problem refunding the money the first time if you just spoke respectfully to me. I am very professional and would have helped your edges to grow back as well as grow long and healthy hair. You can't please everyone and I'm sorry you was unhappy with your service.
