I walked around the corner from the entrance to the main building and was greeted by my favorite resort scent, which I followed all the way to the Spa...'s door! When I entered the spa, the most relaxing music began to play as I was seated. I cannot accurately describe the beauty of the waiting room, but it's very serene. Nanette takes the time to sit ...and discuss your concerns before AND after your treatment. She actually sits with you, make eye contact, and discusses your questions or concerns. I also appreciate that she has a variety of products. I am trying to stay as “clean” as possible. Nanette has products to help me with this effort. I love that she received her education from the former Von Lee’s, which was located in Reisterstown, MD. It was the best school for European facials.
