Hi KoKo, I’m glad you liked your hair & the vibes of the shop. Just wanted to let you know that I don’t double book. I am a stylist that allows a 15 minute grace period in the event that a client is running behind as I understand that sometimes it's just out of a person's control. This can cause me to run a bit behind if/when a person does use it. I apologize that this has been your experience. It is always my goal to be punctual. I would like to keep you as a client and provide you with great service. Respecting your time is goal! In the hair industry, running behind can and does happen periodically as we sometimes cannot predict the condition of a persons hair, how many locs they have, or if anyone will be running behind. So please keep this in mind when making plans right after a beauty service. Nonetheless, I will do my best to prevent said issues in the future and I apologize for you being effected by me running behind.

My goal is to always provide a 5 star service. You seemed very friendly and thankful throughout your service and afterwards. We laughed, talked and you never showed signs of dissatisfaction. This was your first visit and I offered to repair your locs due to the damages that were present. You declined. I could only do so much with hair in such condition if you refuse to have it repaired. I wish you would have spoke to me during your appointment if there was an issue. Best wishes on your loc journey.
