I am in out of town visitor. Because I am on vacation, I had time to book an appointment to finally get my hair done. I typically don’t book anything... unless there are reviews. I took a shot in the dark andI I am so happy I booked at bliss salon. The salon is mostly Hispanic but the kind woman at the front can translate if needed. The Energy in the salon is busy yet calm. There is such an eclectic mix of stylists but it works very well. The stylists at the salon are accommodating, sweet and happy to give a deserved complement. I really enjoyed the positive atmosphere.My stylist was great. As a former hairstyling assistant I know what to look for when getting my hair done. My appointment was with Yandra. I booked a haircut and a keratin treatment. The assistants were knowledgeable and made sure to use the clarifying shampoo before the service. The keratin Yandra uses smells like caramel which made me feel snacking. What I was most impressed with was the care Yandra took one she was straightening my hair for the keratin treatment. I am always skittish there is a hot tool near my head. I was happy when she put your protectors over my ears. Not once did she come close to burning me. Next time I am in town, I will be looking to book with Yandra again. Show more
