July 07/2025:Prisk has a warm, welcoming energy, which is an experience that is rare to come by. I had a wash & deep condition which was separate from... the style The service was quick and my hair was lovely. I'll be back. July 19/2025. I thought I found a stylist in Prisk because of my initial appointment but that couldn't be further from the truth. I booked an appointment for 07/19 at 10am . Nearly an hour prior to the appointment, Prisk sent a text that she is unwell. I expressed my sympathy and asked what would happen to our 10am appointment. Prisk suggested we move it to another day. I let her know that will not be doable because I'm traveling. I asked if anyone in her team could do the appointment and she said her stylist is on vacation. I mentioned leaving a review of my experience and Prisk suggested I was making a threat and I should consider her health. After that she claims she mentioned to change the appointment to the afternoon and ceased all communication. Please be aware prior to booking. Prisk is unprofessional. There are several clients with similar experiences like mine. She doesn't value her clients. She will waste your time.

I have absolutely no complaints about the Fulani in the front. They're gorgeous. My hair was braided so tight in the back and she brushed my bundles ...out top to bottom causing them to tangle worse than they were. I've never seen that done before but I let her do her. I had a feeling I wouldn't be keeping this style for long. One star is due to half of bottom cornrow has been pulled out of my head and is attached to the bundle. 240 dollars.

When I got to the salon I was told the person who booked me isn’t there. The stylist there told me I had to get braids because she isn’t good at twist...s. Then she sent me next door and promised if they didn’t do a good job that she would get the original stylist to do my hair. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner and they washed my hair and began twisting my hair. I ask to see the first row she completed and I seen it didn’t look good so I told take them out if she can’t make them smaller. The owner of this was very rude and said I had to just pay for the wash and I had to find another stylist. This prevented me from being able to go to my scheduled event and I had to find another stylist. They are very unprofessional and have horrible communication . The last time I got my hair done by the stylist she had her child running around and was very unprofessional
