I scheduled an appt today and confirmed it. I showed up a little early to give myself enough time to find the location. I messaged her on IG. I called... her number twice and it went straight to voicemail. I rang the door bell twice and nothing. I have yet to receive ANY explanation or apology BUT I received an automated email thanking me for booking an appt w her that was not had. Such a bad first impression and very unprofessional.
