I sent a message to barber Jaylen Montgomery on Instagram and by phone text before booking him for two weeks. He also confirmed my booking with him. O...n book day, I arrived, and this barber wasn't at the barber shop, so another barber called him for me since I'm hearing impaired. This barber told the other barber he had an emergency with his daughter that same day. What a waste. This barber isn't professional because they never answer my messages and haven't asked me to find another barber or to delay. No communication, and he's had no planning.
