Thank you for your feedback! I am truly grateful we were able to come to a better understanding on this matter when speaking about it further. When your slot was booked at 1 am for a same day appointment, as a technician, I am not able to confirm any slots at that time as bookings must be made 24 hours in advance to be accepted unless you have reached me directly. I have now changed my booksy slots to make sure this does not happen again so that way your time is not wasted! To also include, slots being confirmed by me prior to booking to protect everyone's time in the future. I’m truly sorry for how this has inconvenienced you and I have taken heed into the proper measures to avoid it from happening again. Thank you so much for booking!
