Where to begin.. It is DEFINITELY NOT a day spa. My boyfriend found this place on Groupon for a couple's massage with champagne and appetizers for Val...entines Day. On the day we booked.. 1st the address listed on the Groupon website and the reminder message that I received was on the east side of Detroit off Jefferson, but then my boyfriend got a message on our way there with a different address so we called bc it ended up actually being in Southfield which is way across town. The building was a bit sketchy I feel like. It was just some random building with no signage. When we walked in the door it just looked like random empty offices and there was a makeshift church going on down the hall in the same building. At 1st we actually were thinking it was a scam bc when we showed there was no one there to let us in where we assumed this business would be (granted the one lady did say she was on the way when we called about the address ordeal) so we waited in our car for the ladies to get there. When I walked in the room where the massage was to take place I was a little bit uncomfortable, there really wasnt any type of ambience as the room was super bright and at times chilly. The table I was on the head rest I think was broken?? It just was really not very welcoming tbh and everything kind of looked cheap and the floor was dirty. Tbh I really didnt want to take off my socks. Now I will say that both ladies were super nice and one even commented on me being a cancer survivor which I really appreciated. She was super sweet. I wasnt a fan of how they did my face, then my feet and then my back and arms... idk I just have this thing were feet should be last.. so I'll probably take a shower when I get home. Afterwards, we were brought into another room for the champagne and appetizers portion there was long table that was crammed into the room with a cheap red plastic table cloth that had a couple if holes in it and our champagne was a barely chilled glass of Moscato and our appetizers where on a paper plate.. a few crackers, 2 strawberries, a couple of grapes, a few cubes of cheese, a piece of lunch meat turkey, and some cheap dollar store chocolates. I was nice enough to give them each a tip bc I didnt want to seem rude. I guess I appreciate the effort?? But for $143 I think I'll look elsewhere for my next massage. I was expecting way more. Great vibes and conversation! Don't judge this book by it's cover. The location may look "sketchy" as some reviews I've read said, but this Jefferson ...St. location is calming and relaxing but more importantly clean, and well sanitized. The aesthetics inside will not disappoint!! The Services: Ayanna is amazing and uses quality products and has exceptional customer service. She's attentive and I'm loving my mani and pedi!! Professional, quick, gentle, and fabulous is what I have to say about the esthetician Capri. I got a facial, brazilian, and vajacial treatment -- she explained each procedure step-by-step. I left feeling refreshed (and with a new pep in my step)! My skin feels smooth and cool and is glowing! Appointment for booking was easy. Looking forward to my next treatment! Show more

This experience was definitely an interesting one. I wish they were located somewhere else. The place made me feel like I was going to someone’s house... for a massage. I wish it was expressed what was going on my face for the facial. Sadly I broke out really badly the next day, even though I mentioned that I had sensitive skin. My husband and I were going to just leave, but the owner and her husband were very sweet and great to chat with. I’m not very vocal, which I hate because I wish I told them that I wanted a woman massaging me and not a man… my anxiety was through the roof in the beginning. My husband’s constant talking helped ease my mind. The massages felt very nice though. If anxiety wasn’t a thing I probably would’ve fell asleep a few time. All in all, definitely an interesting experience. The staff was sweet & cool to chat with. I just wish they were located in a better building and it was expressed what products were going on my skin so I didn’t break out or could’ve just avoided a facial all together. I also wish they asked your preference of a man or woman massaging you for comfort. Show more

No. Just no. Don’t do it. This place is SO unprofessional. I know some people left good reviews but maybe it depends on what service you received. I p...ersonally got a massage. My experience was horrendous and I couldn’t wait to get out of there fast enough. I had a Groupon for a 75 min massage. The masseuse only took 40 min on me and it was barely a massage…all it was is basically an oil rubdown. Why wouldo I pay so much for something my boyfriend could’ve done for free? I payed for a professional massage, not for someone to do a half effort job. I could have sworn that these aren’t really licensed massage specialists. The guy who massaged me was on his phone a lot, even took a phone call on speaker while massaging me. He took my hair tie out and started playing with my hair. He was very inconsistent and honestly it didn’t seem like he even knew what he was doing. I left more tense than when I arrived. Show more
