I’ve come here a couple times and never had an issue. But when I had my appointment last week, I left in complete shock. The lady who did my eyebrows ...left the tint on way too long. The timer went off after 10 minutes but she had to finish the other customer, so the tint was left on for about 13-15 minutes. I am blonde and really pale so you can probably imagine the outcome. My eyebrows looked like she drew them on with sharpie!! She tried to clean them up but it didn’t work. At home I slapped on some tooth paste and was able to get the stain out a little. It looked so bad I had to cancel my plans the next day. Unfortunately I will have to look for a new place to get my eyebrows done! Show more
