He canceled my appointment yesterday because he said he wasn’t able to send me the address… mind you the address is on the page! So I rescheduled and ...in the comments I put my new number then the next day I showed up for my reschedule and he never showed up. 👎🏾

Apologies for the mis communication as a first time impression, your number on the profile stayed the same after your new appointment (269) and I called the number and texted the number repeatedly and number was disconnected . Your number on the app JUST changed this morning the day of your appointment-7:30 am. On Booksy there’s been a lot of scammers and people that set up appointments and don’t show . It’s a waste of my time especially when I don’t charge a deposit. As for new clients most people don't know where to go on the property so I didnt want to you to be waiting etc . Apologize for this inconvenience and hopefully we can strategize this accordingly in the future .
