I went in yesterday to have my gray hair colored and get a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My stylist did an amazing job — the co...lor looks natural and beautifully blended, and the haircut is exactly what I wanted. My husband and I both absolutely love how it turned out! The service was professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. Made an appointment with kitty through the scheduling platform and they even confirmed via text. The day of my appointment they no showed and their co...worker said that they were in Vegas a few days before and probably not feeling good enough to come in for work. I didn’t get a response until way later that day with no reason or anything as to why I was no-showed. Groupon refunded my money. Don’t go here. Worst experiance ever and waste of my time. I even got a baby sitter for my hair appointment… extremely disappointed and would give zero stars for this ghetto place if I could.
