Be sure to read whole review. Good haircut. No customer service skills. If you want a lecture about how over booked they are, how busy, and no time to... assist you with more than what you scheduled; then this is a place for you. They should not book themselves so much; just to sacrifice good customer service. That is just good business practice. Mind you they do a good haircut, but there is no time for you to receive decent customer service. I will not be going back. I made sure I was early and still waited my time. I asked to trim my mustache and they took it off not trim my entire beard. Not that hard to say “not today bud. I am too busy” instead you get a lecture. He was busy enough that he was able to give his car keys to the receptionist and asked them to open up their passenger side window during my time window for the haircut I was paying for. Respect is earned not given. You do not earn it my giving a lecture about how busy you make yourself from paying customers in front of other paying customers. If the business owner chooses to not plan and schedule his day correctly he should not find it acceptable to act disrespectful to paying customers. This is not a place to go to for decent service. I have found barbers closer to work and closer to home. Not good when the business makes themselves look bad. good luck with their business. Show more

Hey Steve, common sense buddy what you book allows the time for us to work on you for that service you booked for if you want more services you have to book the extra services. That’s why I have it set up like that. Sorry you don’t get it. I’ve been telling you that for a long time now now you wanna try to make me look bad that’s fine, and up to you that’s your freedom of speech, however, I was booked back to back with clients for their services. You only booked a haircut. It takes me 35 minutes for the 30 minute slot to work on you to get you looking good and right then you asked me to clean up some stuff on your beard and I had no time my guy was already waiting for 10 minutes. You’re being selfish in your thoughts, have some respect and book all the services you want so I've got enough time to take care of you people appreciate my service because they know when they’re getting in my chair and they know when they’re getting out so they can plan their day accordingly I don’t let any walk-ins Jack their time by taking any extra services or anything that would keep me from being punctual. The only reason why you were waiting is because you came early you really have nothing to gripe about other than being upset with yourself for not adding enough time for all the services you want because I was always glad to give but it’s not fair to all the rest of the clients on my list for that day because you forgot or neglected to book the extra services that you wanted
