Thank you but those aren’t nicks those are scalp lesions . You can obviously tell picture you posted on here . Your boyfriend had them throughout his head not just on his neck & I’m sure that what was making him feel uncomfortable . You can just see it more because he got it buzzed . I assure you if you go to a dermatologist he would say the same
