I leave 0 stars for Celeste. Grant it I was 6 minutes late to my appointment. The page in Booksy says they accept cards for payment, although Celeste ...message says she accepts Zelle and cash only. So there was a mix up there. Also I booked for an 12:30 appointment, Celeste switched it 9:00 am. When I arrived she was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. She stated she was on a strict time limit and Im pushing over into her other clients time because I was 6 minutes late. I booked her for 2 hours and wanted a 30 minute hair do. So I don't see how 6 minutes being late would push into her other clients time. But never again will U ever book her or the services from the salon. I wouldn't send my worse enemy there. Show more

Ms Smith, I’m sorry to hear your first experience with me was not the one you expected. I can understand being excited to get a service, but due to the time you arrived exceeded my late policy causing you not to be able to get that service. I can see that being disappointing to you. Although I apologize this was your experience, I want you to know as a business I pride myself on timeliness with ALL of my clients. This means I sometimes have to make the tough decision to turn away one client due to their arrival time. In order to not affect me being behind every client I have the rest of the day who did in fact arrive at their appt time. I hope some day you are able to understand why I have to be strict in certain policies. I do thank you for taking the time out to let me know how you feel.
