I started utilizing massage therapy in South FL in 2019 for a handful of reasons - Maintaining the same therapist with Massage Envy until moving out o...f state end of 2019. After moving back from west coast to Orlando the summer of 2020 and having sessions with different massage therapist, I was lucky and fortunate enough to meet Misty and inevitably become one of her permanent clients the past two years. Misty is able to utilize her extensive knowledge on the body and combine a wide aray of techniques, pressures, ​and styles of massage as well as stretch that are able to r​emedy physical aches, pains, mobility issues, as well helping to ground you mentally with ease of anxiety and stresses. I have been seeing Misty for a couple of years now. She is amazing! She had an excellent technique and always seems to get the right spots that I need... that day. I’m an athlete (runner) and she does a great job working the tension out after long runs and strength training. I would see her weekly or every other week during marathon training and I truly think it helped prevent injury! Highly recommend!! Show more
