I had a 1 hour 45 minute combination Thai and deep tissue massage from Sapha. This was my first time ever having a Thai massage and it was genuinely l...ife changing for me. Sapha has amazing calming energy and provided touch therapy in a very trauma informed and trauma aware manner. I love that you can make same day or next day appointments online because we can’t always plan ahead for self care or plan for when our body is allowed to be in pain. From the outside the location does not look like much and at night came feel a bit unsafe outside. However the inside of the studio is full of soft textures and clean relaxing energy. I did not know if I would enjoy or get relief from Thai alone which is why I added on the deep tissue as well. I made the right choice when I told Sapha that I had confidence in her experience and ability to determine where my tension was and what combinations of style would best release that tension. I do not feel like their services are overpriced or cheap. I feel their price is appropriate for the level of service they provide, and I left a big tip for the results I felt. Show more

An amazing experience! Immediately, I could see that Sapha knew her stuff. She asked great questions and made me feel comfortable right away. Sapha ...appears to be a petite petson, though she is deceptively strong. She knows exactly where and how to apply the right pressure and my pain quickly melted away. I never experienced this kind of massage before. Sapha is so throrough and skilled. Now I don't know how I would ever miss it. I'll be a frequent customer from now on. I feel I hit the jackpot here.
