Unfortunately was not a fan of the service. She seemed like a nice person but when I arrived she was running way behind - still had 2 clients she was ...working on, she did apologize however. After my wash she sat me under the dryer for ~30 mins which completely dried my hair out. She then attempted to part and retwist my hair on dry hair causing major breakage. After the retwist some of my locs still felt bushy and not completely retwisted. Her customer service was good but I just wished the actual retwist went better. Show more
