Hi Tila, it's been three weeks since your appointment, and given the severe thinning you had prior to the service,it's not uncommon for a few braids to loosen overtime. If there was an issue, I wish you had reached out directly so we could’ve handled it ! Especially after you were very pleased with the work I've done for you and you left a great review sept 1, 2024 and now deciding today sept 18, 2024 to leave a bad review. I take pride in my work, and I’m happy to fix any problems when they’re brought to my attention in a timely manner. Leaving a negative review without giving me a chance to address it doesn’t seem fair.
