She is not only incredibly talented but truly one of one. She always has a genuine warmth and professional demeanor from my very first visit. Every appt feels like a self care retreat. Kess is attentive, gentle, and truly cares about her clients. I would cheat on my man before cheating on her with another nail tech lol.
