Horrible experience!! She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted a certain kind. I’m not the type of woman who wears a ton of lashes so I wanted ...something natural with a little volume. She gave me what looks like the biggest false lash you could find. Took 3 hours on what should have been a two hour job. When I was done she told me that it must have been a miscommunication when I communicated very well I even booked it under what I wanted ?!! So wth! I told her I didn’t expect this especially because it’s not what I asked for. Cried and everything and all she had to say was that they’d fall off with time! Scam artist!! This is pathetic she has ruined my Mother’s Day weekend! My face looks horrible! And I have no way to take these off. Show more

You booked a Wispy Volume set and I gave you that. I post different pictures of lash sets because it looks different on each individual. I have on my booking site the time frame. I have this time frame to insure I provide 80 percent of the clients lashes on this particular set that you booked. You stated you were going to the beach on the weekend. So I did my best to deliver and did so. However you felt it was to much towards the end. Got upset with me. Tried to leave with out paying. I gave you several options to rectify it by removing some of the lashes but you refused it. You never cried in front of me. You then proceeded to bully me by text which I have screenshots of so that you can request $50 dollars back. A better booking of just a wispy set would probably be your best option and you never once showed me the picture. You have a beautiful face and the lashes looked beautiful on you as the picture shows. I'm sorry you did not like my work. My apologies and if you still need to remove them, which I also offered to you before you left. I can still offer to remove them so is not to ruin your Mother’s Day weekend.
