She was nice and informed me that she was running 🏃 late. I noticed she advertised she does crotchet and assumed that it was various not a certain ty...pe. The hairstyle I have done numerous times and ALWAYS the stylist asks to see a picture of how the hair looks or they see it upon arrival the hairdresser never starts without looking at the hair 💈 she did. She did cornrows without any knowledge and then said my hair is big as if that made sense when I was supposed to pay you. Then I informed her you should have braided bigger due to the size of the hair which should only be one pack or less. They claim it's not enough to fit because you're assuming it's a twist. Faux loc crotchet is done differently. She put so much hair in the front and braids showing paid her for effort but I will go to someone more into the new generation style 💈 I would recommend my mom and older adults that what it simple but not anyone who is accustomed to new generation style. My son said you were pretty rough on his head, neck and scalp and it felt like “torture”. His words, not mine. He’s not usually tender headed, so not ...sure what happened. He said his neck and head hurts from all the rough pulling of his head and scalp. I also didn’t like that one price was written on the app but the final price after the styling was completed was a lot higher than originally stated on the app when I booked the appointment. Threw me off guard. More expensive than I had anticipated. The noice level in the barber shop was pretty high level. Sadly, my son doesn’t want to return. Show more

First of all lady, You booked a loc Retwist, you came in you added wash and double twist style of which you didn't book, don’t understand why you wanted to pay the same price for all your add on service but ok. and besides all my prices says and up everyone hair is not the same your son hair was as small as sister locs. Your problem was not the service but the price. Unbelievable. I really wouldn’t want you back in my chair anyways. My review speaks for itself, I have never been rough with my clients that’s definitely a bold face lie. You booked a service for $85 with a 15 percent discount makes it $72.25. You add a wash for $35 and two strain twist style which was $40 for locs that small, total of $75 add on I charged you $125 please do the maths, you had a $22 discount. I didn’t charge you for a service you didn’t receive so if you are going to give a review please honest. I was not going to give $75 dollars of my hard work for free sorry absolutely not. This is my profession you choose yours and I choose mine. Secondly, you came to a salon that is booked and busy not my house so yes there are going to be noses. You should have done you work at your house where there was no noise before you come to the salon. Thank you.
