Received an email from her to contact her 2 hours before the appointment. (This was after the appointment had been confirmed.) Tried to contact via re...ply to email as well as contact her by the phone number listed multiple times. Didn't receive a reply. I arrived at the location and waited for ~30 minutes. the door was locked and lights off. During this time, tried to call, text, and email. No response. I still have yet to hear back from her about what happened. I was surprised by this as I have received professional care from her once before. I don't always have a lot of time for hair appointments due to the demands of my job. Requesting refund of deposit. Show more

You leaving this review is extremely upsetting . You have the wrong number listed on your Booksy account . I messaged the number you have listed multiple times to confirm the appointment and I sent my updated address due to me moving recently. I was here at my shop at the appointment time waiting for a message or call , I got nothing . I’ve given you nothing but good service, so leaving a bad review on my page before even contacting my phone number is outrageous. You are banned from booking.
