The client was also late, I had spoke to client previously several times to fit him in for his appointment due to him having to leave for out of town and explain I was extremely booked but proceeded to still book him when client arrived I explained to them that the salon was extra busy do to back to school, we have 4 stylist and everyone had a booked day, from sharing wash bowls to dryers, but again I stand by my work and job I do on my clients, if anyone has been in a full service hair salon they know how around school or holidays get, I did apologize for his wait but the job I did was excellent job on his locs

I do apologize if felt like style was not exactly the same, if I didn’t create the style I mimic it, and depending on the size or how the client hair is the style will never be exact on locs because everyone locs are different, if there was a reason I explained and in the over all I stand behind my workd and do a amazing job all the time on the clients hair
