I'm very disappointed. I contacted the technician the day prior to my appointment via text message to confirm the address, but I never received a resp...onse. On the day of my appointment, I followed the pinned location through the app and made it to the general area, but there wasn't an exact address provided. I even left half an hour early in order to allow myself time to find it. The GPS brought me to the animal hospital. So, I tried calling the technician twice to get directions, but it went straight to voicemail. Left a message and never received a response. I also sent them a text message. I was very sad because I was really hoping to get my nails done today. Show more
