First time there only went because of the reviews. I think they specialize more with nails than hair. I will not be a returning customer, I wanted hig...hlights and a cut, my stylist had to ask another stylist about the color I wanted and after the other stylist explained to me why I couldn't get the highlights I was fine with that. Ended up doing just root touch-up color, I decided not to get the cut I wanted because I was very nervous with my stylists experience so I just asked for my ends to be trimmed and the back of my hair to be straightened out, the back of my hair is still uneven and very little hair was cut so I am going to have to spend more money to get the cut I went for. I also had to come home and rewash my hair because I still had color in it that wasn't washed out. Show more

I, as the owner (the one Trish sought advice from) request that all my girls ask if what they are being asked to do they are not comfortable with as most of us do in this industry no matter how long we’ve been doing this I would be more than happy to fix whatever problem you have with your hair personally and of course no charge.
