Ms.Monica was amazing. I had my sister locs installed by someone else and was previously getting reties from another person. Ms.Monica was open and ve...ry insightful about my locs and what was happening with my hair. I appreciated this so much because my sister locs journey for the last two years had been less than informative. I am thrilled to finally have someone that is her to support me and my hair through my journey. Ms.Monica is fast and sweet but keeps it real. I love this. She will be my go to from now on. My hair came back to life slowly, but she kept ...me encouraged and told me to be patient with the process. Before I moved my hair was happy and healthy. As you can see my locks have length and I was able to get my first style!This is all because of her anointed hands. Although I moved away she made sure my transition to my new person was smooth. There are not enough positive things I could say about Monica. I could go on and on about how kind and considerate she is. When my kids were falling o...ut because of postpartum hair loss she was fully invested in helping me bring my hair back. She is prompt, she is timely, she works quickly to get you in and out of the chair. Her work is impeccable. When you work with Monica you aren’t just getting an amazing loctition you are truly working with an amazing human. I am a busy mom of 2, I have limited time and resources but I will always make time to get my hair retightened with Monica. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG if you pick Monica to work with.
