Would rate 0 stars if possible. I booked an appointment for 4:15 on 08/31/2022, and when I got there, the open sign was on, but the door was locked an...d the lights were off inside the shop. I knocked on the door several times, and waited outside the door for 5 minutes. I then called the number on the shop door, and a lady picked up and said she would call someone and call me back. I received a call from here AN HOUR LATER. I wasted the whole day and I could have went somewhere else earlier to get my hair done. If you are going to leave work early, then don’t let customers book appointments for the day you won’t be there! Show more

All I gotta say is great service. I called at 8:15am and she said some at 9:30am I got there a lil early cause I stay about 45 mins away but when I go...t there she started on my head as soon as I walked in the door and she gave me what I asked for she didn’t have a bad attitude or nothing, place was clean. She had another lady come in to help her and she also was on point with a great attitude. I recommend this place 1000% Show more

Don’t go to them for box braids.. they rush on your hair just so they can get to next clients head. They make the braids so big n back that are slidin...g out. Don’t recommend .. Also not following COVID-19 Guidelines .. Show more
