I’m sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience. I would, however, like to clarify the circumstances for anyone reading this review. You arrived at your scheduled appointment time, and I was running behind due to my previous client arriving late. You came into the shop, and as I was preparing to come get you for your appointment, you returned to your vehicle and we then went outside to let you know that you could come in. You remained in your vehicle in the parking lot for approximately another hour and a half. I also attempted to contact you, but the phone number provided through Booksy was not a working or correct number. My phone number is 940-281-6410 should you wish to discuss the situation directly. I value my clients and always strive to provide a professional experience.
