For clarity, the silk press service booked includes a professional wash, condition, blow dry, and press. Trims and treatments are separate services and are not included in a standard wash and style. During the consultation, recommendations were made based on hair condition and the length of time since the last professional trim or treatment. All additional services were discussed prior to moving forward. Regarding timing, the client arrived shortly after the scheduled start time and waited briefly while I completed rinsing and blow drying the previous client. Once the service began, it continued without interruption. Service time can vary depending on hair condition, density, treatments selected, and dryer time. I’m glad the final result was enjoyed. I value feedback and will continue to improve communication so expectations are clear moving forward.
