Great haircut, outstanding customer service, amazing person! Ella did an amazing job and was very proactive with helping me decide what to do with my... hair. To give some context, I had a really bad haircut the day before where I went from a long comb-over hairstyle that only needed some clean up to a questionable fade and uneven scissor work that left some fluff on top. I went in just wanting to buzz everything and start from zero, but Ella took her time looking at my hair and gave me ideas on what we could do to actually fix it. I was so impressed the first time I came to get my hair cut (regular men's cut) and Ella did my neckli...ne with warm shaving cream and a straight razor, then finished everything with a warm towel at the end. I thought maybe she was just giving me special treatment for my first time, but no, it's what you get every time at Jenara! Ella is also so kind and lovely to talk to.
