The client before you required more time than expected due to the complexity of their haircut, and I did try to keep you informed of the estimated wait time. I’m sorry that still impacted your visit. Your haircut that day was provided at no charge in hopes of making things right after a previous concern of the haircut with your husbands requests and I genuinely wanted you to leave happy with your service.
