Andrea was AWESOME. This was my first time getting my hair on locs and she was incredibly nice and understanding with my limited understanding of what... to do with my haircare. Most hair appointments take a lot of hours. Mine took about three. There can be the chance for a LOT of awkward silences. Andrea carried all kinds of topics smoothly and kept the conversation going consistently. We talked about comics, family, movies, grief, hobbies, etc. We jumped all over the place and she rolled with every subject. The final thing that surprised me is her follow up. She has checked in with me and sent recommendations for care and upkeep and really gave that extra personal touch that i really appreciated.
