I had booked online a 6:15pm appointment for today. First time client. Came on a recommendation. Google maps took me to the wrong location in the i...ntersection. Couldn’t find it. After walking around for 7 minutes, I called at 6:17pm and got the correct location. Walked in at 6:20pm. Both barbers were busy with clients. I waited 30 minutes thinking they were running late.
