I read all of the reviews before scheduling and I have to say that I was surprised to discover that the person with all of the bad reviews was not onl...y still working, but was also the person who was going to handle my "Works" service. She was not prepared for my arrival, barely washed my hair (by the end of the day the front of my hair around forehead, temples, crown appeared as though it hadn't seen shampoo in a day or two), asked me what I thought of the cut but didn't give me a mirror to look, asked me if I wanted a blow dry (when I had scheduled Works) and then proceeded to blow dry my hair in the most bizarre fashion I have ever experienced (brushing directly back from forehead but primarily focusing on back and creating many tangles; I left with one side of my head still damp.) I learned a lot about her personal life and former job experience in the nursing field and left after 25 minutes in the chair. I was actually shocked to discover that the trim to my bone straight hair was even, and for that I am very relieved. I do not feel I received $35 + tip worth of Works service. From what I read it is clear that there are many trusted stylists at this location and I would be very interested in knowing how to schedule directly with one of them. Their location is convenient to me and their pricing is very agreeable and it is evident that many clients are very happy with services received. Show more

very disorganized when I entered. did not know I had booked online and did not attempt to find the appointment information. booked a the works package... and received a haircut from someone who didn't know their beard guard sizes or how to trim a beard. she told me she doesn't really know beards but knows how they should look. did not trim most of my beard even though I just asked for a number 4 all over beard trim. they used some scissors to cut the sides a bit. This was one of my worst hair cutting experiences ever. The stylist talked so fast and worked so fast that I couldn't process what was happening and b...y the time I did, the cut was much shorter than I would have liked. I showed a picture of a shag cut that was slightly shorter in the front and my hair looks more like a mullet. The stylist seemed to be more focused on what other stylist were talking about than what she was doing to my hair. I made a comment about my anxiety being up and she did nothing to adjust what she was doing or to ask how to help. Her booth was also absolutely disgusting. I should have said no as soon as I saw the piles of hair all around her station. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the stylist who checked me was extremely kind in explaining that she does mens cuts and she seemed to be the only one handling business properly. None of the other stylists who worked there acknowledged people at the front and overall that single stylist earned that 2nd star. Show more

Camo (spelling?) cut my little man’s hair this morning! He’s 3 years old so getting him to sit patiently can be challenging and she handled it with e...ase! She made it fun for him (and us) and he came out looking fantastic! She was even able to get the back of his neck, which little man always complains about because he says it “scratches” him, and he did not complain once! We’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Camo! Set up 2 appointments for my guys, one for 2:30 and one for 3, they both got there at same time to find out there were 8 people in the sitting area fo...r 2:30 appointments!! We had to reschedule with another place just to guarentee this be done! The reason we book appointments and don't just walk in is so that at 2:30 (understanding that some times appointments run and can be a little late) they can be guarenteed to be getting their hair cut, and not having to wait! This is not a good system, (8 people for same time is bad booking habits, period) so fair warning just be ready to possibly have to wait a very long time for your services because they like to overbook! This is not necessarily a deal breaker, but it is enough for me to walk away!! We tried this 3 months ago with same exact establishment, because how close they are to our home, and the same thing had happened, except that first time only 5 people were waiting for the same time frame, PLUS the salon was behind! Just safe to say not trying again! But wish i could have rated the service on hair rather than poor scheduling problems! Show more
