The shop and everyone in it was so friendly and welcoming. Ny provided an unmatched experience and final product given the mess I gave her to work with as well as some much needed education on general hair information and maintenance. She listened to my wants and restrictions and gave me exactly what I needed. I did not receive the cut portion of this service but did watch as clients for her partner came through and the cuts he gave are CLEAN. I will definitely be back! Show more

I had a medical emergency today and was unable to keep appointment today. I was told there is a $50 fee for same day reschedule request. Also, i paid... for her service last week and am unable to receive my money back. This i thought was totally unacceptable. I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow and was not offered to change appointment. I'm diabetic and sugar level was below 50. I am so disappointed in this stylist. Will not be returning. Show more

Also, the fee for the same day reschedule has been on my website and it’s on my policies so those are my rules when it comes down to rescheduling at the last minute so I appreciate you as a client.
