came for 8 braids freestyled, but she was almost 3 hours late and i had to go to work soon so i just asked for 8 braids straight back, never texted me... nor called me back at all to at least give common courtesy and let me know whats going on directly for her being late, and then had the nerve to complain about me texting her in the AMs for tryna to do business to get my hair braided days prior to the appointment, dont like being messaged on those hours yet her phone was on. didnt even say sorry for being late or anything. Just complaining about me texting her and telling me to bring gel next time I come, after that i just said 4 braids straight back just so i could get out faster. Mr. Dulcio, the owner of the shop, he’s definitely cool looked out for me since my braider was almost 3 hours late, so i got no complaints about him 👏🏾 Appreciate what he did, but wow the zola was very unprofessional, she got the braids done very good and it was cheap, so im not too bothered. first and last time i get my hair braid by her so she wont have to worry about me texting her in the AMs or bringing in products just so she can finish her own work again. Response edit: Listen Anastasia, I literally did mentioned texting you at night, what do you think the “AMs” are? yes i canceled one appointment and replaced it with another seconds later, which it does says you confirmed, dont know how you forgot, talking about how i need to mention this and that, how about you take your own advice and mention the other 2 times i texted during your hours you cared so much about, I texted you 4 nights before the appointment, not once did you message back at all, not even during your hours you mentioned, im pretty sure it wasnt 3AM for the last 4 days but🤷🏾‍♂️ that same day i texted you at 3am, I then texted you right before 5pm, still no response tho, the day you was late, i called 3 times, and texted you, no response, just left on read, but you still wanna complain over that one time i texted at 3am when i found your account, and the funny thing is, all the times i contacted you, you only and finally respond to me, but only to my review, some business you talkin about but i guess us “man” dont got common sense all because you cant just simply answer back whenever you see the message but pull the sexist card, shows the type of person you are. idk what your marriage had to do with braiding hair but good luck to the guy. Talking about respecting hours yet we had a 10am appointment (as it says on booksy) yet you was almost 3 hours late for it…. lol. all that stuff you did yet no accountability still, i rather take my business with hair braiders that carry professionalism anyways. Lastly, spell ‘common’ sense right, and actually use some. Show more

Before you post a review why don’t you tell people you text me at 3 am in the morning for a hair I’m a married woman and you didn’t respect my hours I work 10 am to 7:30 pm but you choose to text me at 3 am in the morning and plus you booked and then you canceled you keep playing with my business you man doesn’t understand I don’t mix business I’m here to make my living not to be texting at 3 am in the mornings coming sense

Braiding by Zola has been the best braiding experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for being on time and ready to start when I arrived. I appreciate th...at you were gentle with my hair. No pulling or tugging and no sore scalp when completed. The salon is clean with secure entering and leaving. Very pleasant and calming atmosphere. My only negative comment is about the bathroom which can be cleaner and better equipped. If you want a great braiding experience I recommend you book an appointment with Zola. Show more
