She is absolut...ely meticulous, and I am positive that it doesn't hurt as much because her technique is so good. I've been going here for a few years now and I would never go anywhere else. I WILL GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN'T BE ACCOUNTABLE AND APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR POOR PEOPLE SKILLS! 1 STAR NOW, SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE RATING FOR HER BAD ATTITUDE. YOU CAN TEXT ME BUT YOU CANT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU WEREN'T EVEN ON THE PREMISES WHEN I ARRIVED FOR MY APPT. SURE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LIKE I SAID BEFORE!! TANYA SHOULD GET HER OWN SIDE HUSTLE SINCE THIS HATER IS BLOCKING HER TIPS. PRIOR REVIEW: This place is a total hole in the wall, however, Tanya is very nice and thorough and I got the best underarm sugaring compared to priors. Maryna on the other hand is less than professional and when I called to clarify and discuss a miscommunication about the location (she has the wrong address on Google and has neglected to update it) she refused to pick up the phone and just kept texting me! Also send pictures of the building. You book your appointment on booksy, there also correct address. But you decide to use Google. Unfortunately we can't do anything with Google, it's very inconvenient for us too, but we can't change address in Google. When you call us, we can't pick up phone, but we sent you again address, and description how to get there.
