Very talented!! It's so hard to find a barber that can do well with clippers and scissors ✂️. Charlie is THAT BARBER! Very personable and approachable... as well! He makes sure he is giving you the cut that you REALLY want rather than what he THINKS you want. Which we have ran into with other barbers alot more than I'd like to admit.
